Grit,
We all think we have what it takes, but are we giving it all we have when no one is watching?
We train grit one workout at a time. Building the mental fortitude to push a little harder through your sets, or go one more round when your mind is telling you to quit. The reason we want to develop this skill in the gym is so we can apply it in our daily lives. Playing all out towards our goals and purpose takes grit to ride out the highs and lows. Train yourself so that you have the capacity to grind to success.
