Book a 30 minute call with a RIG coach to talk about your goals.  Let’s chat and go over how RIG can support you in building resilience, creating intention, and training grit. 

All questions are fair game. This will give you the chance to experience how online coaching can improve your health and fitness.


Build Resilience

The first order of business to get dialed in before any fitness program is nutrition. Fuel your body properly so that you can maintain your training schedule and hit your goals faster. With proper nutrition comes more energy, better sleep, and improved body composition.

Nutrition Assessment:

  • Chat with a RIG coach to structure your goals

  • Personalized macronutrient plan

Nutrition Coaching:

  • Coach accountability after your nutrition assessment

  • Weekly check-ins with your coach

  • Updates to your macro plan when needed


Create Intention

Work with a registered dietitian and lifestyle coach to set yourself up for success. What does your big win look like and how can you remove the blocks getting in your way? Find opportunities for making positive changes at home, work, and in the gym.

Lifestyle Assessment:

  • In depth review of your habits and goals as well as relevant challenges

  • Assess barriers related to diet, activity and recovery from exercise, and stress management

  • Collaborative goal setting and action planning

Lifestyle Coaching:

  • Work with a RIG dietitian on your personalized program

  • Ongoing evaluation of goals and tracking of progress to ensure action plan suits needs

  • Accountability and quick access to your coach through our app


Train Grit

Ready to set your fitness goals be kept accountable to them?  Want to start consistently improving and hitting PRs?  Looking to improve your strength and technique?  Personal training is the best way to get hands on individualized support. Your RIG Coach will meet you at your level, then work with you to push towards your fitness goals. Be effective and efficient with your gym time.

Virtual Personal Training

  • Work with a RIG Coach via Zoom from the comfort of your home on your schedule

  • Workouts built to fit your gear and ability level

  • 60 and 30 minute sessions available
