5 Bodyweight Workouts For The Busy Traveler
Sometimes it’s hard to take care of your fitness when you are traveling and on the go. Maybe work is stacking up and you can’t find time to get a full session in at the gym. Here are five workouts designed to be done in 30 minutes or less that will get the muscles working and blood pumping.
These are designed to be challenging, so newer athletes feel free to scale back the reps if needed. No gear required for these workouts just a little space, the stopwatch on your phone, and hopefully some good tunes.
